Yes!

How is Moses with his staff similar to a priest with the holy sacraments?

Moses uses his staff to do God’s wonders and save his people from death.
The priest uses the sacraments to do God’s wonders- to bring God’s divine life to people, to heal them, and to save them from eternal death.

Through the sacrament of the Eucharist, what does the priest bring to people that is even more than God's power?

The priest makes God Himself become really and truly present!
Jesus’ Body and Blood are brought forth for us to receive.
