In the Blessed Virign Mary's magnificat prayer in the Gospel of St. Luke, what does she say about her soul?
- She said: “My soul magnifies the Lord.”
- So, Mary is like a magnifying glass, a multiplier.
If a magnifying glass can magnify the power of the sun on earth, what do you think the Blessed Virgin Mary might be able to do with our little efforts offered through her?
- She can take our tiny efforts to love and serve God and others and turn them into a blazing love that will help far more people than we ever could help on our own.
