Is prayer just an optional activity in life, or is it essential?
- It is essential for our spiritual life.
If people think that 'prayer is optional in life', will that perspective become an obstacle to prayer? Why?
- Yes!
- Since prayer is a battle and hard to do, if it is just optional, people won’t do it.
Who are you battling against in prayer?
- 1) Ourselves- we struggle against our self will to do other things instead of prayer.
- 2) The Devil- he is trying everything he can to stop our union with God.
